A single liver tumor lesion should be < 5cm; for multiple lesions, there should be ≤ 3 lesions and each < 3cm. Additionally, the lesions must be ≥ 1.5cm away from the hepatic hilum, gallbladder, etc., and liver function should be Child-Pugh class A/B.
